Dr. Ahmet Cihat TOKER
Founding Partner
After completing his undergraduate studies in METU Electrical and Electronic Engineering with high honors, Dr. Ahmet Cihat Toker went to University of Texas at Austin as a researcher and teaching assistant.
He completed his master’s studies on communication theory and moved to Germany, to work in the largest research institute in Berlin, DAI-Labor as a scientific researcher and group leader. In parallel he finished his PhD thesis on the application of prediction and artificial intelligence methods in distributed systems with magna cum laude honors. During his time in Germany he worked as a developer and Project manager in various federal, EU and industry projects, where he gathered a vast experience in the field of ICT. Dr. Toker is the author of many conference articles and a book chapter and various international patents.

Ozan KORKMAZ MSc

Korkmaz started his career in the procurement and logistics department of construction companies before working at BJK as the “Project Responsible” in the development, execution and marketing of top level projects like Fulya Suleyman Seba Project and BJK Inonu Stadium Renewal Project.
He has great experience and knowledge about project management.

Mehmet KÜÇÜKBEYCAN

Kucukbeycan started his career in the procurement department, then became “Technical Office Chief” responsible from preparation of project estimations, budgets and time schedules.
Kucukbeycan worked as “Construction Manager” and “Contractor’s Representative” in various international projects which are funded by US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) and European Union. He has experience in project management and contract management. Kucukbeycan was working as “Business Development Specialist” before establishing APLUS Energy with Korkmaz.
